For Multi Family housing projects, we have a number of programs that you may participate in, depending on the size and type of project.
For MDUs of all sizes, we proudly offer our LightNex Connected Home program. Through the Connected Home program, you are able to offer your customer a LightNex fiber-optic ready home, complete with state-of-the-art home networking and telecommunications capabilities for an unbeatable price.
What is the LightNex Connected Home program?There are 4 main components to the Connected Home program:
Through our position as a telephone company, we have access to a large buying group and are able to obtain structured wiring supplies at an unbeatable rate -- as much as 75% less than you would pay at a local supply shop.
As a LightNex Connected Home, we will provide you with marketing materials you can use to showcase the advanced capabilities of your home. In addition, you will be added to our list of Connected Home properties that we provide to customers who contact us.
We understand many electricians aren't familiar with advanced low-voltage structured wiring. In order to make sure your project is a success, we offer free expert on-site training to make sure it gets done right the first time.
All LightNex Connected Homes receive 1 month of free service after initial occupancy. In addition, we will pre-provision services to the property so they're ready for use when the customer moves in. We know move-in time is stressful for everyone, why make it more difficult by trying to coordinate telephone, internet and cable service at the same time?
For MDU projects of 32 units or larger, if the whole project participates in our Connected Home program, LightNex will provide telephone, Internet and cable television services to the sales office, free of charge, for a period of up to 6 months after completion of construction to allow for lease-up or sales. After the initial 6 month period, you may elect to participate in other LightNex marketing programs to receive additional complementary services.
For MDU projects of 32 units or larger, as well as for subdivisions of 100 units or larger under association control, we offer a variety of Bulk Service agreements. Through a Bulk Service agreement, all residents agree to subscribe to LightNex services, and in return receive a large discount on these services -- up to 50% depending on the selected services and number of subscribers.
