
LightNex accepts service cancellations for residential customers either in writing or by telephone. For commercial customers, we only accept cancellations in writing on customer letterhead, signed by a corporate officer.
If your account is not subject to a contract term, you may cancel at any time without penalty. We do not however issue refunds for service cancellations in the middle of a billing period. Your service will be cancelled as of the end of the current billing period.
Upon cancellation you must return any LightNex provided equipment that you have not purchased within 30 days. Unreturned equipment will be charged to your account.
As stated above, LightNex does not refund partial months of service if you cancel prior to the end of a billing period. Equipment may be returned for refund within 30 days of installation. Any installation or setup charges are not refundable.
