Open Outlook Express and click on Tools > Accounts.
Click on the Mail tab then Add > Mail
Next, Enter the name you want displayed when people receive your email.
Now enter the Vivid Networks email address you were assigned.
Now enter the mail servers exaclty as shown below.
Enter your username (the first part of your email address) and password.
Click finish to save the settings.
